Maroon 5 recebeu uma indicação no American Music Awards, premiação que irá ao ar no dia 19 de Novembro. A banda foi nomeada na categoria “Collaboration Of The Year” com a música “Don’t Wanna Know“, e concorre contra “Closer” de The Chainsmokers e Halsey, “I’m The One” de DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper e Lil Wayne, “Despacito” de Luis Fonsi e Daddy Yankee e Justin Bieber e “Starboy” de The Weekend e Daft Punk.

Existem três formas de votar: através do site oficial da premiação, que só funciona para quem está nos Estados Unidos, pela página do artista, que não está disponível para a categoria pela qual o Maroon 5 concorre e através do Twitter, usando no tweet o nome do indicado (vale colocar só “Maroon 5”), o nome da categoria e #AMAs, sendo que RTs de um tweet válido contam como um voto. Exemplo: Maroon 5 Collaboration Of The Year presented by Xfinity #AMAs.
